Service Agreements

For most small and medium-sized businesses, maintaining in-house telephone system expertise to troubleshoot problems, make changes, or provide training is simply not feasible. For a fixed monthly fee, based on the type of system and number of sets, TelTech Business Solutions will provide these and other services. Whether your system is brand new or well established, we can cover you. Just some of the services covered include:


  • Waiver of labour component when adding or replacing equipment;
  • No charge for no-trouble-found service calls and no-trouble-found carrier calls;
  • Installation of vendor software patches and/or upgrades;
  • Priority scheduling for additions, changes, and moves;
  • Backup and archiving of system databases, where applicable;
  • Remote programming changes (when possible) during normal business hours;
  • Where possible and agreed, we will maintain an inventory of critical spare parts.
