Samsung OfficeServ Systems
We have sold, serviced, and supported the Samsung OfficeServ product line for over 14 years. Samsung Electronics ceased the manufacture, sales, and support of all OfficeServ, SCM, and related telephones and equipment on September 30, 2019. As such, new equipment is no longer available. Samsung discontinued technical support to its dealers on September 30, 2021 and the last day for Samsung warranty claims is September 30, 2024.
Samsung’s decision does not require you to change your system at this time - it is Samsung advising that they have ended the manufacture and support of these products. We are no longer quoting or installing new Samsung systems, however we will continue to provide technical support for as long as possible.
Whether you are looking to expand your existing Samsung or simply maintain it, we carry a limited inventory of refurbished telephone sets, key systems, voicemail modules, and cards. All equipment is reconditioned and tested by our technicians and comes with a six month warranty. Installation is available for Calgary and area customers.
